Are you an ambitious Quality Assurance Manager with a demonstrated history of thriving in the business process outsourcing sector? Are you ready to jump-in from a QA Manager role of a Customer Experience team to one of Sales team?

Our client is a fast growing Greek start-up company that rapidly expands in the US market as the first certification program on metabolic analysis & biometric screening.

Be the link between the Head of Sales & a team of agents that via various channels, reaches out every day to thousands of health professionals who aim to elevate their knowledge by identifying limitations & build nutrition / workout plans to minimize them.

What would be the responsibilities of the QA Manager we are looking for?

  • Designs call, e-mail & chat monitoring formats & quality standards
  • Achieves monitor targets & ensure customer satisfaction scores and trends
  • Provides & shares feedback to head of sales & agents respectively
  • Extract actionable data as needed.
  • Coordinates & facilitates calibration sessions with the inside sales team


What are the qualifications of a Quality Assurance Manager?

  • Proficient in English
  • PC literate
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) & MISs
  • Strong knowledge of calling processes & techniques
  • Genuine interest for the health, wellness & fitness industry


  • Passion for analysis & high level of listening
  • Attention to detail & ability to escalate issues as appropriate
  • Great interpersonal skills, ability to deal with different personality types & share best practices & coaching
  • High adaptability within a fast-paced working environment


At least one year of experience as a Quality Assurance manager within a call center environment.<
