key responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Specialist position will:
- Follow company’s Quality policy and comply with current operational standards.
- Follow the instructions of the Quality Assurance Manager and the general principles of the Company.
- Ensure compliance of the Quality Management Systems to international standard requirements.
- Review and compile all quality related sections of the Product Dossier.
- Issue and Review Process Qualification/Validation protocols and reports.
- Issue and Review Process related risk assessment protocols.
- Implement elemental impurities and nitrosamines risk assessments and evaluation.
- Assessment and evaluation of API’s and related excipients.
qualifications
The qualifications for the Quality Assurance Specialist position include:
- BSc in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent sector.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-6 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Quality operations with Regulatory (preferably CMC) or, R&D experience being an asset.
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language.
- Computer Literacy.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO and GMP standards.
- Excellent knowledge of Medical Device and Pharma regulations.
