The Purchasing Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for relevant Purchase Requests
• Coordinate with requesting unit and propose targeted contractual strategy
• Support Vendor Management Department in supplier qualification and product category identification
• Monitoring the progress of orders and ensuring their execution according to supply terms, including invoice and document verification (packing lists, quality certificates, etc.)
• Receiving and entering raw materials and goods into the information system
• Checking and recording all necessary information and data resulting from order fulfillment

The ideal candidate for the Purchasing Administrator position should have:
