As a Project Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Represent the company on-site and maintain daily communication with the client’s project manager.
• Oversee the coordination, transportation, and distribution of products at the project location.
• Lead and supervise the work team.
• Address challenges, resolve problems, and seek assistance when necessary.
• Conduct final quality checks before leaving the project site and document any pending issues.
• Direct, supervise, and coordinate all work activities.
• Handle issues that arise and implement solutions.
• Coordinate necessary actions for material replacements due to shortages, damages, or errors.
• Deliver the completed project to the client upon work completion.

The ideal candidate for the Project Supervisor position should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural  (TEI or AEI)
• 2-5 years of proven experience in a similar role espaecially in interior projects
• Experience in construction site.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Proficiency in the English language.

• Strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and methodical approach.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and multitask effectively.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
