The Production Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Plan and program production activities in alignment with production requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with various production departments, providing essential information and resources.
• Study and research technological advancements and applications in the food industry, collaborating closely with the Technical Department, Quality Assurance Department, and Quality Control Manager.
• Maintain comprehensive records of production, productivity, and departmental performance.
• Assume responsibility for maintaining and improving the quality and quantity of our production lines.
• Propose and implement improvements, changes, and modifications to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Control Manager to ensure high-quality production.
• Oversee and supervise the equipment used for measuring and controlling product quality during production.
• Evaluate and train support staff directly involved in the production process.
• Collaborate with the finance department to manage the production budget effectively.

The ideal candidate for the Production Manager position must possess the following:

• BSc degree (AEI/TEI) in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering), Agriculture, Food Technologist or relevant
• At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the food industry
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both written and verbal
• PC literacy (MS Office)
