Key Tasks and Responsibilities for this Personal Assistant:

• manages the CEO’s calendar, phone calls, email, and correspondence
• manages travel arrangements & approvals (e.g. tickets, hotels, transfers, travel & meal forms) and expense reports
• participates in the planning of business meetings & activities
• prepares presentation materials and formal business correspondence
• creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• ensures file organization based on Company’s Policy
• organizes the filing system and records of the office
• helps with electronic aids (such as notebook etc.)

To be considered for this Personal Assistant position you must have:

• university/college degree
• proficiency in MS Office
• excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and oral) 

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• A flexible, pro-active approach to work including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly

• at least 2 years of work experience in an admin role
