key responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this Personal Assistant to the CEO include
- Executive Support: Provide top-notch administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, emails, and calls, and helping to prioritize tasks
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of various projects, liaising with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Travel and Itinerary Management: Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient business trips
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials and documentation for meetings, conferences, and presentations
- Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests professionally
- Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role must have:
- University/college degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
