• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a University (AEI) or Technological Educational Institute (TEI).
• Relevant work experience
• Knowledge and experience in using HRMS (Human Resources Management System), which is the system for managing human resources.
• Knowledge of labor and tax legislation will be considered a plus
• Experience in handling complex and demanding payroll situations, which may involve various parameters and feedback will be considered a plus
