responsibilities

As a Payroll Executive you will:

  • Manage, administer and control the correct and accurate data of employees
  • Ensure and coordinate internal procedures regarding the public sector
  • Prepare payroll and administration reports
  • Manage time attendance system and provide monthly reports
  • Administer hiring/termination process and prepares necessary forms
  • Coordinate and monitor benefits (private medical insurance plan, company cars, vouchers,mobile phones)
  • Act as a point of contact to employees for any questions or any administrative HR needs
  • Ad Hoc HR projects 
  • Collect and review time sheets and other information  
  • Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
  • Process and issue employee payslips, verification and statements  
  • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system(s)
  • Provides customer support to employees on payroll matters
  • Keep track of leave time (such as vacation, personal, and sick leave) for employees
  • Composition and management of employment contracts

requirements

The requirements for the Payroll Executive role are:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • MA/MSc in HR will be an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP payroll system
