Does working as a Payroll Administrative Assistant where you will perform in-house administrative activities and ensure accuracy and delivery of data and information appeal to you? As a Payroll Administrative Assistant, your tasks will include:

  • Record employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, vacation schedule, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason and informs the relevant authorities (IKA, OAED, other external partners such as insurance companies etc).
  • Compile and maintain records for use in employee benefits administration by the HR Manager
  • Inform current or potential employees about compensation and benefits and other relative information
  • Responsible for the  application and updating of the HR procedures in compliance with the ISO
  • Organize and coordinates training, liaises with providers
  • General administrative duties within HR (travel, employee files, quotes, medical check-up, CV files, company  insurances, events, communication with employees, various government offices, bank)
  • Active involvement in operational elements of the recruitment process (receiving CV’s, scheduling interviews, correspondence with candidates, issuing on-boarding paperwork, etc) 
  • Implement salary administration guidelines and contributes to the monthly payroll exercise, passing all relevant information to payroll in a timely and accurate way 
  • Generation of regular and ad-hoc reports as required
  • Involvement in the annual compensation cycle: production of required reports, input of changes to compensation levels and performance rankings to HR system, generation of correspondence to employees
  • Co-ordination of payroll project implementation according to agreed timelines
  • Monitor and assist of  HR projects 
  • Update the files in HR systems 


The requirements for the Payroll Administrative Assistant role are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/HR/Business Administration or Technical Educational Institute
  • At least 1 year of experience of HR Services
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of payroll
  • Ability to establish and sustain relationships with all organisational levels in the country, third parties and local Authorities 
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills 
  • Ability to effectively mobilize and deal with emotions
  • Mindset for problem solving
  • SAP understanding would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of HR processes and associated labour law 
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in process implementation (Ergani, SEPE, IKA, etc)
