key responsibilities
Your duties as a P2P & O2C Analyst in this company will be:
- Collect and review validity of all incoming invoices
- Stamp the invoices as Proof of Receipt and proceed with further classification/stamping if related to Advertising Fee or Assets.
- Scan and File all incoming invoices & Follow up the booking process
- File all incoming expense reports &Follow up the booking process
- Be P2P Super Use
- Support Users creating incidents in Service portal of “Service Now” for addressing adhoc issues related to P2P activities
- Initiate and Monitor all Payment Runs
- SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between Haleon and 3rd party P2P service provider - Genpact.
- Support Internal, External or Tax audit bodies by providing any hardcopy required in the Audit Process
- Perform periodic review of GRNI outstanding items (Goods Received - Not Invoiced )
- Perform periodic review of Down-Payments
- Participate in Internal Control Process reassuring P2P activities
- Produce Various Reports Related to P2P Activities
- Tracking of P2P KPIs to reassure performance standards are met
- Support O2C daily activities
qualifications
To be an ideal candidate for the P2P & O2C Analyst position, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
- 2-year job experience in accounting, understanding in Procurement to Pay Cycle
- Proficiency in Greek and English

- Excellent communication skills
