You will be responsible for providing customer care and maintaining good customer relationships, on behalf of our client, a well known  multinational company. responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Care Professional, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answer inbound calls from new & existing clients 
  • Place outbound calls to follow up with established accounts or customers who have left emails requesting further info and convert to sales
  • Responsible for prospecting new leads, servicing inbound leads from sign calls and other internet sources
  • Ask and answer questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the company CRM
  • Answer incoming inquiries and effectively manage to up/cross selling
  • Effectively explain the benefits of services

requirements

The ideal candidate for this position of the Outbound Customer Care Professional will be required to possess the following:

  • University Degree desirable
  • Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer care roles
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
