As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will source, evaluate, and match new candidates to serve our large and well-known clientele. Your key responsibilities will be: 

• End-to-end candidate management
• Actively sourcing and screening candidates with various assessment tools
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to present to the client
• Taking full advantage of our database and LinkedIn network
• Participating in meetings with clients to discuss job specifications
• Supporting clients with interview coordination
• Creating and increasing a strong talent pool to support various projects
• Taking initiatives to support the growth of our Business
• Working as a true Randstad ambassador, promoting our values and professionalism

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, or any relevant degree
• Having an MSc is just nice to have
• Excellent communication skills, in both Greek & English
• Previous experience in a similar role or any other customer-centric position
• Hands-on experience on social media platforms especially LinkedIn
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects
• Excellent multitasking skills along with a personable/professional approach
• Ability to use and take advantage of the tech tools Randstad offers

Proven experience in a recruitment or client service position.
