As a Recruitment Consultant, Hospitality & Tourism, your key responsibilities will include:

Sales Excellence: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, engaging potential clients, & offering our comprehensive recruitment solutions.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize your network & expertise to source, assess, & match candidates with our clients' needs.

Client Engagement: Foster enduring relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment needs & delivering tailored HR Services solutions.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive journey for job seekers, guiding them through the hiring process.

Team Spirit & Engagement: Promote a collaborative team spirit, providing industry knowledge & support to talent acquisition sourcers to achieve collective goals.

• University degree in Tourism, or equivalent (Masters degree would be a plus)
• Fluency in Greek/English written & spoken, fluency in additional languages a plus
• PC & CRM systems' literacy

• Genuine interest in target-driven roles & a deep understanding of the recruitment cycle.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for exceeding sales & recruitment targets.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to clients & candidates.

• 3-5 years experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or HORECA
