key responsibilities
As a Key Account & Recruitment Specialist your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Excellence: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and offering our comprehensive recruitment solutions.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize your recruitment expertise to source, assess, and match top-tier candidates with our clients' needs.
Client Engagement: Foster enduring relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored HR Services solutions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive journey for job seekers, guiding them through the hiring process.
qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent (Masters degree is a plus)
- Fluent in Greek and English written and spoken, fluency in additional languages a plus
- Proven experience in target-driven roles and a deep understanding and interest in the recruitment industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to clients and candidates.
