A highly demanding and multitasking role, which requires experience in customer service, ordering, invoicing and supporting all operation cycle in daily tasks.

responsibilities

The candidate that will be the key player of the Ordering and Customer Support processing should:

  • Insert and process customer orders on a daily basis
  • Manage order prioritisation as required and monitor back orders, order cancellations
  • Provides information to clients for new products, stock outs, delays, order status, open balances or any other typical logistics data
  • Measure performance delivered to customers and proposes corrective actions when required
  • Monitor ordering in terms of prices, discounts and delivery terms
  • Follows up with the logistics issues on behalf of customers for the on time and in full delivery of the orders
  • Deal with customer claims, returns, and credit notes
  • Clarify the responsibility and the justification for order cancellations, mistakes during distribution and takes actions to correct them
  • Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems
  • Builds strong networking and relationships with all teams

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or relative fields
  • Minimum 3 years business experience in customer services and ordering positions
  • Experience in accounting/invoicing will be considered as a plus.
  • Computer literacy as well as ERP and CRM systems proven professional experience
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Results oriented and excellent communicator
