Are you an experienced Office Coordinator, well-versed in a variety of office tasks, detail-oriented, and resourceful? Do you have outstanding organizational and coordinating skills? Are you an excellent multitasker, able to work in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for an opportunity to work as an Office Coordinator within a multinational company? responsibilities

In order to be considered for this Office Coordinator role the responsibilities are:

  • Manage the day to day business support activities as personal assistant to Senior Executives
  • Managing calendars, meetings, reminders, vacations etc.
  • Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, transportation
  • Preparing Reports
  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Perform administrative tasks including complex calendar management for a high volume of internal and external meetings, management of travel arrangements, and completion of expense reports
  • Assists in the preparation of correspondence, briefs, presentations, and packets for internal and external meetings  
  • Receive and screen incoming mail (including e-mails) and telephone calls, redirects messages or provides initial response as appropriate

requirements

The successful candidate for the Office Coordinator role must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar position
  • Must be independent and a strong communicator both in Greek and in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to liaise well with others
  • Ability to work on own initiative with strong attention to detail
  • Professionalism
  • Confidentiality and discretion
