As a  Network Deployment Manager, you will join a telco company and you will have the following duties:

• Drive and implement the physical layer deployment for fixed networks according to company's strategy, needs, and demand
• Ensure timely network deployment, cost-effectiveness, and quality delivery while adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Manage contracts, supplier KPIs, SLAs, commercial terms, procurement, and logistics to ensure successful solution deployment
• Foster long-term, trusting relationships with partners, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and authorities
• Manage local fiber optic network rollout deployment projects
• Coordinate and drive subcontractors for project execution
• Ensure health and safety guidelines, standards, and procedures are met in the field
• Harmonize contractor controls, employee controls, and KPIs with local legislation
• Optimize the cost model and rollout efficiency by ensuring optimal partner and contract setup and providing best-in-class guidelines on technical processes
• Drive third-party vendor strategy across countries by defining sourcing and contract management guidelines and performing vendor controls
• Manage fixed access passive and active infrastructure deployment activities, including copper interconnections and active equipment

In order for your profile to match this Network Deployment Manager position, you need to have the following skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telecom Networks
• Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Telecommunications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to  prioritize job requirements
• Capability to handle complex projects and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Communicate in a way that is easy to understand
