responsibilities

As a Multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, your daily working routine will involve sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment process end-to-end of multilingual candidates. Specifically, tasks will include:

  •     Use multiple & innovative/diverse sourcing channels to identify multilingual candidates
  •     Conduct in-depth screenings via phone, video, & virtual interviews
  •     Evaluate & examine the language skills & competencies of candidates in the required language
  •     Create and publish job advertisements
  •     Participate in client meetings & team meetings providing your input
  •     Complete daily and weekly reports based on your activity
  •     Achieve recruitment goals and targets
  •     Maintain a robust backup system of qualified candidates (pipeline/hotlists)

requirements

The requirements for the Multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist role are:

  • Excellent level in one of the German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French or Nordic language(s)

  • 1-2 years of working experience in an HR/Recruitment role  
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communications skills & team spirit
  • Good knowledge of Windows/MS Office
  • Previous hands-on experience with CRM system(s) 
  • Organizational & time-management skills 
  • Client-centric approach and ability to adapt/respond to differentiations among projects
