The Middleware  &  Provisioning Supervisor will be responsible for: 

• Lead the management of the Provisioning & BI domains, including OSB, OSM, UIM, BI, and DWH.
• Define and execute a strategic vision for the domains to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure successful technical implementation and delivery of projects, often collaborating with external parties.
• Foster a culture of expertise within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Provide coaching and support to team members, nurturing their personal and professional development.
• Oversee the growth and progression of team members, ensuring their skills and abilities align with organizational goals.

The Middleware  & Provisioning Supervisor  must  have: 

• Proven expertise in Provisioning & BI domains, demonstrating a track record of success.
• In-depth understanding of Mobile and Fixed business and technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology.
• 2-3 years of coaching and mentoring experience.
• Proficient in technical delivery & design of Core IT applications (4-5 years' experience).
• Capable of guiding group events effectively.
• Understanding of inventory management systems for unified tracking of network assets and services
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and methodologies for analyzing and visualizing data to support decision-making.
• Strong skills in software development languages and frameworks relevant to the domains, such as Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of data integration technologies and techniques for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Proficiency in database management, administration, and performance tuning, with a focus on databases used in the BI domain.
• Understanding of middleware technologies like Oracle Fusion Middleware and related components.
• Familiarity with popular business intelligence tools like Oracle BI, Tableau, or Power BI, and the ability to work with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices, including data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and data integration.
