As a Microsoft Cloud Engineer, you will join a team of experienced IT professionals and your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Designing Cloud solutions based on customer requirements
• Assessing and analyzing customer environments and proposing improvements
• Providing guidance as a Senior staff member of the team
• Meeting regularly with Clients and engaging with Executive Management
• Supporting client remotely and on-premise
• Analyzing technical issues and provide 2nd and 3rd level support

In order for your profile to match the Microsoft Cloud Engineer position, you need to have the following qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science or related work experience
• 2+ years experience on a similar role or position
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, Azure Cloud and Active Directory
• Adequate knowledge of On-Premise infrastructure, following migration best practices to cloud

• Team player with problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn, adapt, communicate and organize
• Customer satisfaction orientation
• Quality focus
• Excellent command of Greek and English language (both verbal and written)

2+ years of experience in Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
