key responsibilities
Your responsibilities as Maître d'hôtel will be:
- Staff training, mentoring and management
- Focus on achieving quality and financial goals
- Coordinate daily front and back restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Estimate needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
qualifications
As a Maître d'hôtel you will need to have the following qualifications:
- Experience of at least 2 years in a corresponding position
- Fluent in English, additional language will be an asset
- Ability to adapt to the company's operating standards
- Hospitality Degree
- HACCP knowledge
