The responsibilities of the Machine Support Technician are the following:
- Installation of printing machinery at customer sites
- Organization of preventive maintenance for printing machinery and printing consumables
- Communication with customers for technical support
- Resolution of customer requests regarding problems or malfunctions

In order for your profile to meet the requirements of the Machine Support Technician position, you must possess the following:
- Degree from TEI/IEK or higher, with a preference for knowledge in electronics engineering
- Good knowledge of the English Language and PC
- Travel flexibility
