The responsibilities of the Logistics Manager include:

• Search for suppliers, deployment of operations, monitor and management of operations
• Analysis of KPI's and implementation of improvement plans
• Planning, analysis and improvement of processes and procedures
• Communication with logistics, transportation, commercial and customer service departments locally and internationally
• Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality, budgets, etc.
• Flow control / Lean Management
• Team management (in-house and outsourced).
• Monitor of national and international transfers
• Transmit the correct philosophy regarding product care, quality and image
• Creation and update manuals
• Support the product care managers in order to boost their performance
• Coming up with new ideas, procedures, best practices and experiences, in order to make more efficient and shorter training programs always meeting quality and efficiency levels expected
• Follow up on the performance of the warehouse
• Communicating on a weekly basis all the updates to all team members
• Management and control of warehouse stock

The ideal candidate for the Logistics Manager should have:

• University degree ideally in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
• Fashion retail experience will be considered as an asset
• Excellent command of the English language
• Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an asset

• Ability to work as a team member and manage and outsourced teams
• Flexibility and proactiveness
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong initiative and self-motivation
• Ability to make things happen under any circumstances.
