The responsibilities as a Korean Client Relations Manager are:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Korean market
  • Dealing with clients’ inquiries providing live chat support

qualifications

You’ll be an excellent fit as a Korean Client Relations Manager in case you possess the following qualifications:

  • Native level of Korean (mandatory)
  • English fluent speaker – C1 minimum (mandatory)
  • Excellent typing skills

experience

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus.
