As a Key Account Team Leader, you will responsible for:

  • Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and preparing quotations
  • Developing accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and the web site
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure, if necessary
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures
  • Learning new products and participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishing department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
  • Setting KPIs and motivating the team to achieve goals 


The ideal candidate for the role of the Key Account Team Leader should have the following:

  • Expertise @User level in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Higher education degree, master’s preferred


  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • People- oriented with strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and build ongoing relationships


  • 3-5 years of sales experience in Information Technology
