responsibilities

As a Key Account Executive, your will have to

  • Manage customer relationship at the store level (store manager, shop assistant) & support operational tasks 
  • Ensure excellent execution of all agreed terms within the offline & on-line stores
  • Drive additional in-store/on-line activities on top of agreed terms to deliver incremental growth
  • Coordinate, train & audit team of 5 merchandisers from external service provider
  • Implement Channel Strategy and individual Account Development Plans
  • Manage flow of documents with KA & E-comm customers
  • Ensure visibility at online players, follow-up the online visibility at partners website & take actions if needed
  • Monitor KPIs for Trade Terms discounts per points of sales
  • Prepare promotional tools and execute national and individual promo plans within KA & E-comm
  • Stock management and planning 
  • Collect & analyze data needed for evaluation of promotions (post-implementation ROI)
  • Manage and monitor Telesales activity for KA & E-comm (accuracy of orders; problem solving)
  • Manages all the logistic aspects of KA & E-comm: orders, stock management, collaboration with the logistic department and logistic partner

requirements

The ideal candidate for the position of the Key Account Executive will be expected to possess the following:

  • University degree
  • Experience in Sales: minimum 3 years
  • English language level: upper intermediate
  • Thorough experience & understanding of Key Accounts environment and marketplace
  • Deep understanding of e-retail/e-commerce environment
  • Experience in leading sales teams in the fields
  • IT literate
