key responsibilities
As a Junior HR Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- perform data validation, data cleaning and data preparation to ensure high data quality for the HR systems
- assist in configuring and testing of internal HR Systems (data entry, unit testing, system validation)
- develop comprehensive training materials and user guides for the HR systems and applications
- contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR processes, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency
- assist in the development of HR reports and dashboards, empowering data-driven decision-making
- maintain meticulous records and documentation of HR systems and processes, ensuring transparency and accountability
qualifications
In order for your profile to match this Junior HR Analyst position you need to have the following:
bachelor's degree in Business Administrationor related field.
- master's in Human Resources or MBA will be considered a plus.
- high proficientinExcel & PowerPoint
- knowledge of HR systems and applications will be considered an asset
- fluency in both English and Greek
