Are you a professional that possesses a strong affiliation with digital (mainly Google Display & Paid Search campaigns as well as Social media channels), but has also a solid understanding of product / brand management? Are you interesting in joining a leading manufacturer of small domestic appliances? Then this is a great opportunity for you. 

The Digital Manager / Junior Product Manager who will undertake the following responsibilities concerning his two roles:

As a Digital Manager he will be responsible for: 

  • The ATL (digital budget) expenses
  • For the adaptation, maintenance and upgrade of the local websites
  • Planning, execution and monitoring of all digital branding and performance campaigns
  • The monthly analysis and reporting of all digital investment and activations (own, paid and earned media)
  • The setting, implementation and KPIs monitoring of the social media strategy – content & activations (wall contests, applications, advertising campaigns)
  • Liaising with retailers to arrange digital activations upon commercial agreements or new product launches (retail media promo banners, newsletters, blog articles by third party KOL / influencers / endorsers / partnerships / creation of enriched, product pages / web series video productions / social media contests etc)

As a Junior Product Manager he will be responsible for:

  • The BTL expenses
  • The support in the adaptation and implementation of the international product strategy to local market
  • Participation in the training of the customers’ (retailers) and own sales force on new product launches, product replacements, consumer profiles, positioning and pricing
  • Market trends analysis and exploration of alternative business channels for extra revenue
  • The analysis and reporting of GFK market data
  • Liaising with both creative and display construction agencies to oversee the production of all POP materials and POS solutions (product catalogs, brochures, coupons, consumer leaflets,hangtags, stickers, wooden / iron / carton shelf stand displays, demo stands etc)

requirements

  • Education Level: Marketing Degree or higher
  • Experience level : At least 2- 3 years marketing experience (social media/e-reputation and community mangt experience)
  • Languages required : English (Fluent), French (asset)
  • Strong analytical creative & communication skills
  • Assertive, persuasive and creative problem-solving skills.
