Nutricia is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to lead and deliver brand strategy and execution plan ensuring achievement of brand sales goals.

The position is full time and permanent, based in Athens.

responsibilities

As a Junior Brand Manager your tasks will include:

  • Lead portfolio management. Develop or support new product launches/relaunches. Prepare briefs and monitor development of label artwork
  • Brief and monitor development of activations and promotional material
  • Prepare and monitor trade marketing activities for the brand, if needed
  • Prepare and analyze market tracking reports. Analyze brand performance and initiate corrective plans when required.
  • Run tracking and reporting: P&L ownership and analysis, competitive analysis, internal performance analysis, etc. Manage A&P, budget
  • Stimulate Sales and Medical teams via presentations and all relevant information regarding brand strategy and activities.
  • Liaise with internal (demand planning, finance, global marketing) and external (creative, BTL agencies, market research agencies, etc) stakeholders
  • Inspire trust, passion and winning attitude throughout the organization

requirements

The ideal Junior Brand Manager should have:

  • University degree in marketing and MBA or comparable
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in brand management
  • Experience in portfolio and project management, creative briefing and development and (ideally) in strategic planning. Experience in analyzing market data.
  • Affinity with nutrition
  • Previous experience in OTC will be considered an asset
  • Strong project management, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen, analytical and synthetical skills
  • Drive for results, high level of initiative and autonomy
  • Team player with group facilitation skills
  • Problem solving capabilities and agility
  • Fluent in Greek and English and computer literate
