responsibilities

As a Junior Brand Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Development & presentation of the marketing plan of the brands under competence (objectives, strategy, actions, means, budget, success kpis definition)
  • Accurate & excellent implementation of the annual plan
  • Post evaluation (sales uplift, market share, penetration, return on investment) of all different actions of the annual plans, learnings & actions definition
  • Monitor and analyze the evolution of the competitive markets, the brand performance, propose & implement corrective or developmental actions
  • Analyze and interpret consumer market research data and transform into recommendations & actions
  • Understand the target consumer and the main insights of the market
  • Ensure the monitoring and respect of the A&P budget
  • P&L monitoring
  • Brief, development, execution, monitoring & evaluation of communication plans
  • Manage the digital communication in collaboration with different agencies
  • Manage packaging changes in alignment with internal stakeholders and procedures
  • Ensure the compliance of the below-the-line strategy to the brand strategy

requirements

In order for your profile to match this Junior Brand Manager position you need to have the following skills:

  • Bachelor degree on Economics/ Marketing/ Management
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing, FMCG is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Italian is a plus
  • Office systems (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organization skills, high sense of responsibility, ready to take initiative, analytical mindset
  • Communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties
