key responsibilities
As a Junior Application Support Specialist you will:
- Be an active member of the technical support team.
- Be actively involved in installation, configuration and support of innovative company applications.
- Provide support and troubleshoot client issues via phone, email, or remote access.
- Assist in creating customer documentation and manuals.
qualifications
As a Junior Application Support Specialist you must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Strong understanding and practical experience in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, printing services, ERP integration, software installation, MS SQL Server, networking, and Windows Server administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Additional skills in ERP systems, T-SQL, IIS, and Microsoft Azure are a plus.
