key responsibilities
As an IT Technical Engineer (NOC), you will be working as a member of an IT team of highly skilled IT professionals and your duties will be the following:
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to IT incidents through ticketing system
- Follow standard procedures for escalating of unresolved issues
- Manage and monitor existing IT systems and IT infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Monitor computer network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
qualifications
In order for your profile to match the IT Technical Support Engineer (NOC) role, you need to have following skills:
- Degree in IT or relevant field
- Knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365 suite
- Experience on Microsoft Windows servers (relative certification will be considered plus)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well with deadlines
- Excellent command of English and Greek language
The following skills will be considered asset(s):
- Experience in MS SQL server or Oracle DBMS
- Experience in Cisco routers/switches
- Experience in Unix or Linux based OS
