The IT Support Engineer has the following responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of customer and company machines at both software and hardware level.
• Daily communication with customers about the operations of the data center and its activities.
• Optical and electrical wiring inside the data center 
• Accompanying customers and colleagues in data centers; support on premises activities and supervise work
• vSphere and VMware platform operation to manage customer and company Virtual machines
• Monitoring of company networks and devices through Observium
• Monitoring of good operation of data center machines (air conditioners, generators, UPS)
• Manage the company's Windows and Linux servers
• Solve all technical problems that arise at the hardware and software level

Your profile can match the IT Support Engineer position in case you have the following skills:

• BSc in Computer Science or related field
• +1 years of hands-on experience in IT support
• Experience with Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Office365, Windows 10, Windows Server)
• Experience with networking (LAN, WAN)
• Nice to have experience with Vmware and Citrix platforms
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

• Time management
• Strong will for improvement
• Passion, dedication and focus
• Ability to set priorities in order to meet strict deadlines

 Proven working experience as an IT support engineer
