As an IT Sales representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting Trust Services via remote or onsite visits to customers all over Greece.
  • Developing new customer base mainly in the SME market segment.
  • Becoming familiar with the Trust Services portfolio and offerings, in order to effectively guide potential customers to the right solutions.
  • Handling after sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with your superior on analyzing the targeted market
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations where necessary, explaining products or services to existing customer portfolio and to all prospective customers


The ideal candidate for the position of IT Sales Representative will be expected to possess the following:

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced command of English
  • Hands-on experience in Information Security technologies, will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience in working within highly regulated environments
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Act as a team player and/or work independently
  • Communicate in a professional, timely manner
