responsibilities

As IT Helpdesk Support, you’ll be part of a team with experienced professionals and your duties will be the following:

  • Provide technical support and maintain IT systems equipment and applications of end users
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
  • Administer and monitor day-to-day end users IT activities
  • Complete tasks and ad-hoc requests in a timely manner, ensuring the quality of the result, follow-up of tickets according to the established SLA rules
  • Train end users on existing/new technologies, processes and procedures
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Implement additions, deletions and modifications to the supporting IT infrastructure

requirements

In order for your profile to match the IT Helpdesk Support position, you need to have the following skills:

  • ≥ 1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in IT or relative field
  • Basic Knowledge on Windows server administration
  • Basic Knowledge on network topology e.g. LAN, WAN, equipment configuration, subnetting
  • Very good communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Completed military obligations, if applicable
