Your main duties as an International Recruiter will be to:

• designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• informing candidates about the results of their interviews
• negotiating salaries and employment offers
• performing diploma verification and reference checks
• developing strategic HR plans and policies
• creating and implementing effective onboarding plans
• maintaining confidentiality and upholding GDPR requirements

The ideal candidate for this International Recruiter position should have: 

• university/College Degree
• fluency in English and Greek (writing, reading and speaking)
• fluency in any other language would be a plus (e.g. German or Dutch)
• digital literacy

• professional behavior
• strong communication skills, written and oral
• multitasking and organizational skills
• analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
• confidentiality and discretion
• able to set priorities and take initiative
• expertise in attention to detail and proactive planning

• at least 2-4 years experience performing international recruiting or experience working
