This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the biggest Medical Technology Companies, focused on drug delivery technologies, as an International Product Manager.

As an International Product Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing key marketing & product strategies to achieve business objectives, principally in Europe but also supporting global expansion plans.
  • Working closely with direct commercial teams and distributor partners to adapt the overall strategy to local market situations.
  • Prepare the launch plans for new product developments including the overall strategy, communication program and forecasting.
  • Working closely with key functions including R&D and Operations to ensure the countries are supported and there is alignment within the organization.
  • Establishing and managing opinion leader relationship in the relevant therapy areas to support the overall strategy of the company to lead through technology and innovation.
  • Gathering customer insights and providing fact-based advice on market trends and therapy practices as well as reviewing competitor activities.
  • Manage the day-to-day regional & global interactions and requests to successfully achieve the goals for their responsible product areas.
  • Collaborating with marketing colleagues to align on the overall company strategy and marketing programs.


As an International Product Manager you need to have:

  • Minimum of 4 years product management experience gained within the Medical Technology/Devices sector, ideally, but not essential, with knowledge of Drug Delivery technologies/therapies.
  • Educated to degree level in Business or Science preferred
  • Ability to travel abroad, as this is an International role, with travelling estimated at approximately 30%, subject to needs.
  • Demonstrated excellence of marketing skills & understanding of the marketing process
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels inside the organization & with customers
  • Project management skills & ability to drive projects
  • Results oriented; ability to work to targets; strong team player
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Organized & efficient, with ability to prioritize & adapt to change
