Do you consider yourself as a sales enthusiast ,excellent customer service provider and tech oriented person in order to be the next Inside Sales Specialist of large electronic manufacturer? As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible to:

  • Set suitable sales business activities and processes that will help the organization run its strategies and objectives effectively
  • Implement and manage all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting to close and follow-up support
  • Contact existing and prospect clientele who have responded to an advertisement or marketing campaigns
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls through the existing database
  • Understand products' specifications, sales packages and pricing structures within competition
  • Increase revenues of existing clients through promotions, cross-selling and up-selling techniques
  • Submit all necessary information in the company's CRM system on a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all necessary processes are followed in order to sign the contract with a prospect and to place an order


The ideal candidate for this Inside Sales Specialist position should have:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales positions
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Very good English - verbal and written
  • Tech knowledge and results orientation individually
  • Persistence, enthusiasm and passion about sales
  • Strong professional telephone etiquette
  • Customer service orientation with excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
