As an Info Desk Officer your tasks will include:
- providing information and directions to the guests
- handling requests and complaints
- handling the shopping center call center line
- supporting customer service utilities
- assisting in administrative tasks and daily emails
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Info Desk Officer position should have:
- excellent command of the English language
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

- communication and interpersonal skills

experience
