As an IT Business Analyst you will report to the ICT Manager and more specifically your duties will be the following:

• Understand Organization’s business needs or issues regarding core applications and information systems (Workshops with Senior Management and main stakeholders)
• Manage the delivery of IT projects, ensures the company’s existing IT infrastructure operates sufficiently, and aligned to business needs, according to set strategy, objectives and standards in collaboration with the PMO
• Promote improvements in the use and operation of the company’s Information Systems
• Collect, analyze and normalize user and business requirements and transform them into technical blueprints performing relevant cost-benefit analysis
• Assess the business requirements taking into consideration regulatory, legislative and compliance requirements
• Conduct business flows operating processes analysis and provides suggestions for improvement (Business Process Analysis / Re-engineering)
• Identify change needs, assess the impact of changes
• Communicate business and technical requirements to relevant stakeholders and 3rd party providers
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Coordinate ICT Department and third-party implementers, ensuring that they have fully understand the requirements, in order to design and implement key business applications / changes
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Prepare and submit draft project plans (resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies) to ICT Manager in collaboration with the PMO
• Manage and oversee implementation of project plans
• Provide support to the Testing process including test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Streamline information flow across project stakeholders, by supporting PMO and development teams
• Monitor execution and provide quality assurance on scheduled development operations by 3rd party provider
• Monitor debugging process results
• Perform key user training on core applications functions
• Participate in company’s trainings
• Provide a smooth Go-live and effective post implementation support

Moreover, in collaboration with the ERP & CRM Specialist, additional responsibilities include:

• Monitor user requests, regarding CRM or other core applications 2nd level support
• Maintain roles and user access credentials on the application. Knowledge of latest database MS SQL Server (SAAS-PAAS) and latest MS cloud architecture

The ideal candidate for the IT Business Analyst position is a professional with:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, accounting, marketing, economics, statistics, computer and information science
• Master’s Degree in a similar field would be considered an asset
• 5 years hands or more on Dynamics 365 CRM experience or similar
• Modeling and Data mining tools experience
• Deep Knowledge of the gas or electricity market
• Understanding of CRM/ERP systems and coding languages i.e., Microsoft SQL and .NET
• Dynamics CRM Certifications
• MS Azure certifications
• Excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills to speak with a wide-ranging audience - establish working relationships and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously or in groups
