responsibilities

What does the role of HR Project Manager entail?

  • Executing and developing HR objectives, processes, plans, and programs, aligned with global HR guidelines and local legislation
  • Leading, managing and developing the HR activities, and identifying and implementing solutions as the subject matter expert
  • Providing HR support to the Management team in the areas of organizational development and design
  • Rewarding,  motivation and engagement
  • Responsible for all operational / admin HR tasks
  • Manage and track activities against the plan and call out any slippage, risks and issues to the program leadership team
  • Ensure risk and issues are being documented in the program leadership team and that appropriate mitigation/resolution plans are in place
  • Contribute to, and participate in
  • Program governance meetings where required
  • Adopt and support the company in complying with the program management tools and processes 
  • Support the global and local teams in stakeholder management, where appropriate
  • Get involved with any change management related tasks as well with any other HR projects 


requirements

In order for your profile to match the HR Project Manager position you need to have the following skills:

  • University level educational background in the area of Human Resources, Business or Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in Consulting 
  • Experience of HR systems and processes within a large, complex, multi-national organisation
  • Proven experience and knowledge of project management methodology is essential
  • Experience of large organisational change projects or programs is desirable
  • High level of English language
  • High degree of computer literacy and competence in using Microsoft Office suite 
  • Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to lead a team 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information quickly 
  • Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels; ability to understand the audience and tailor the level of interaction accordingly 
  • Knowledge of country legislation would be a plus
  • Highly organised with thorough attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to lead
