key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the HR officer include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Guiding and advising leaders in corrective action, development plans, employee hirings etc.
- Administering and advising leaders regarding legal and regulatory compliance
- Recruiting, supporting and developing talent through creating policies and managing procedures
- Developing strategic HR plans and policies
- Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans
- Developing training and development programs
- Developing performance management processes
- Maintaining updated knowledge of operational procedures and processes
- Working with subject matter experts and corporate teams in designing training material. Develop criteria, measure and track training effectiveness, including examinations and simulated activities
- Managing the learning management systems and assist with employee communications portal. Provide other administrative support as assigned
- Supporting all areas within talent development
- Managing performance through annual performance review cycle, engagement survey, and succession planning initiatives
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the HR officer position should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field. Master’s degree a plus
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products

- Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results
- Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
