responsibilities

The responsibilities of the HR Officer position include:

  • Facilitate and Support HR BP in various administrative tasks related to recruitment, Performance Management, organization structure changes, daily queries from employees on various HR issues
  • CV Screening, Job posting, Candidate Communication
  • Hiring Documentation: Employment contracts, Internal Policies, Local Authorities documentation
  • HR Systems, data entry, recruitment process, assist People managers with the recruitment process for any replacements, new hires
  • Coordinate the communication between People Managers and candidates, book Interviews, conduct interviews for call center agent positions
  • HR Operations Tasks
  • Employee queries, employee certifications, maternity/sick leave documentation
  • Local authorities documentation submission on work schedule changes and overtimes
  • Benefits administration (Medical related)
  • Internal reporting as requested within HR and by Business (e.g. leaves, hires/terminations)
  • Internal Processes handling: Purchase requisitions, training implementation (enrolling ees on training programmes, coordinate internally with Procurement/Accounting)

requirements

The ideal candidate for this HR Officer position should have

  • University degree in relevant field
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably within the Contact Center industry
  • Knowledge of payroll, HR systems is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in mass volumes recruitment
