key responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities of an HR Manager are:
- Implement HR strategies to retain seasonal staff & decrease turnover; ensure fruitful employee relations during/off-season
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers in recruiting seasonal employees & ensure high-standard pre-boarding & on-boarding
- Engage with other HR functions and manage employee contracts & leaves
- Participate in career days, employer branding activities & HR events
qualifications
Before applying for the position of HR Managermake sure that you meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism or Business
- Fluency in English
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel; HRM system experience (e.g. Epsilon) would be a plus
skills
- Strong in interpersonal communication
- Great time management skills & flair for multitasking
- Problem-solving skills, with a hands-on & proactive approach
experience
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel's human resources management
