responsibilities

The responsibilities of the HR Generalist include: 

  • Acts as the local HR point of contact and responds to personnel HR related requests
  • Administers and maintains  employees’ master data and organizational updates in Workday and other HRIS systems, like Enablon
  • Assists management staff in employees recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management
  • Supports the recruitment process, job postings, CV screening and interviews 
  • Assists the Operations HR Manager to address individual issues (disciplinary actions, exceptional rewards, internal transfers), and administers the necessary documentation.
  • Supports managers to write Job Descriptions
  • Manages Non-PAD employees performance appraisal system
  • Supports the development, implementation and follow up of annual training needs for the site and proposes among others suitable ILC trainings to address these needs
  • Controls the processes and data of labour planning, payroll data administration, statistics (overtime, holidays, sickness) in cooperation with the Operations Clerks and provides HR related managerial reporting for respective site
  • Supports Ad hoc HR projects & events

requirements

The Ideal candidate for the HR Generalist position should have:

  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • 2 years of proven experience as HR Assistant / Generalist in an international company
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and ethics
  • Developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and track multiple processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in English
  • High motivation and outgoing personality with a ”can do” attitude
  • Integrity and teamwork spirit.
