Are you an HR professional, with about 3 years of experience, eager for an HR Generalist role where you will have the opportunity to implement your HR and recruitment know-how and expertise? Do you want to be in a position with direct contact with management with the opportunity to influence key decisions?  Is your favorite part of HR driving Talent Acquisition initiatives or you have extensive experience as a Recruiter? Our client, a financial start-up company, wishes to employ an HR Generalist, to take their HR leadership to the next level. Is it you?

As an HR Generalist, your main tasks will include the following:

  • Advertising job ads through various recruiting channels and HR websites
  • Headhunting, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
  • Arranging and conducting interviews with line managers
  • Managing staff wellness initiatives
  • Maintaining and updating  the HR database and filing system
  • Onboarding, adminstration and induction of all new joiners 
  • Making sure we are compliant with all governmental authorities and regulations
  • Handling of foreigners’ immigration documentation (work permits, visas etc) 
  • Liaising with the payroll department on employees’ salaries and benefits   
  • Handling employee’s issues 
  • Working on various HR related projects assigned by the top management


The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist position will possess the following:

  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a Business related field 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in recruiting sales professionals of any field is preferrable
  • Fluent English and Greek is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge MS office applications
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
