responsibilities

The responsibilities of the HR Generalist include:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Guide and advise leaders in corrective action, development plans, employee hirings etc.
  • Administer and advise leaders regarding legal and regulatory compliance
  • Recruit, support and develop talent through creating policies and managing procedures
  • Develop strategic HR plans and policies
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Develop performance management processes
  • Maintain updated knowledge of operational procedures and processes
  • Work with subject matter experts and corporate teams in designing training material. Develop criteria, measure and track training effectiveness, including examinations and simulated activities
  • Manage the learning management systems and assist with employee communications portal. Provide other administrative support as assigned
  • Support all areas within talent development
  • Manage performance through annual performance review cycle, engagement survey, and succession planning initiatives

requirements

The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist position should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated HR Generalist role 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field. Master’s degree a plus
  • Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products
  • Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback in a fast-paced and complex environment
