The responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include:

  • Execute general HRM administration activities (update HR employee database, payroll, holiday records, employee benefits, etc.) and Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics & KPI’s
  • Support the talent attraction, recruitment & onboarding process
  • Coordinate employee development & talent management processes & Manage the Learning Management System
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal system aiming to ensure high employee performance
  • Participate in HR projects and make proposals to develop and upgrade of HRM systems and processes

The ideal candidate for the HR Coordinator position should have:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management of Buiness Administration or relevant
  • MBA in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in English both written & oral
  • Computer literacy, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) 
  • Prior experience with ERGANI platform and Suucess Factors (SAP) will be considered an asset
