The responsibilities for the HR Consultant role will be to:

• Support in the full cycle of the compensation surveys (e.g. gathering data, analysing, processing, reporting, presenting and communicating)
• Analyze current and forecast future trends in the local and national market in the compensation and benefits area
• Contribute and deliver other clients projects according to standards of high quality and within required budget and timelines
• Assist and manage processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Demonstrate strong, communication skills and maintain good relationships with clients
• Support in delivery of workshops/ presentations in Reward or other relevant areas of Consulting
• Support business opportunities with existing or new clients
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in the company's global network
• Enhance team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by sharing and leveraging best practices

requirements

the ideal candidate should have

• Bachelor’s degree economics, finance, statistics or relevant field
• Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics or any other related field would be an asset
• Knowledge and/or experience in payroll analysis, benefits or job evaluation would be an asset 
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the consulting sector and/or
• Minimum of 3 years in compensation and benefits administration and/or financial/business analytics
• Excellent command of English language (both oral and written)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
